Attorney Tim Riley is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1991. He is a past President of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association) and was the 2011 recipient of that organization's Milton D. Rosenberg Award for his devotion to injured victims, qualities of leadership, and service to the organization. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and serves as Chair of the PBA's Judicial Evaluation Commission, which evaluates candidates for the state appellate judiciary. A past President of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Erie County Bar Association, Tim has been listed since 2005 by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, an honor reserved to the top 5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania. His practice is concentrated in wrongful death and serious personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents and medical negligence suits and commercial litigation.

In October, 2011, at the Annual Membership Meeting of Erie Independence House, Inc., a local non-profit corporation whose mission is to enhance and promote independence in people with disabilities through the provision of accessible, affordable, adaptive housing and services necessary for them to lead productive, independent lives, Tim was honored for his 30 years of service as a member of the Board of Directors. The Board made a donation to the University of Pittsburgh Athletic Department, Men's Track and Field team, and dedicated a new student locker at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in his honor.
