We practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New York as well as in federal courts throughout the nation, including federal courts in Pennsylvania, New York Ohio and Michigan. Our firm’s extensive experience includes representation of criminal defendants for serious felony charges such as homicide, drug offenses, theft and burglary, assault, arson, and sex and computer crimes. We also regularly represent persons charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and with vehicular homicide and other traffic offenses. Professional Misconduct

We handle cases involving disciplinary actions taken against attorneys by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. One of our partners, Philip Friedman, is a former Chairperson of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
